No contention ratio means I don't have to share my connection with anyone else. That's important to me because I usually only get a chance to go online during the busy times such as the evening or the weekends.
With my last broadband provider this always caused problems with the speed of my downloads. Now with Smart Telecom I can log on whenever I want without having to worry about how many others are using the Internet in my area.
